Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us. If a piece isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable items

We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered; return requests made more than 30 days after delivery; or items marked as final sale at checkout.

How to start a return

Email with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send instructions for sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll exchange it for the same product at no extra cost — just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

International returns

Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred when sending an item back to us.

Shipping Policy

Every order is made and packed by our small team before it ships.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Canada: 3–5 business days after processing
• United States: 5–8 business days after processing
• International: 7–14 business days after processing

These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees, and don't include processing time.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order, everywhere we ship.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility — we have no control over them or over customs delays.

Tracking & issues

You'll get an order confirmation immediately and a tracking number by email once your order ships. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email with photos and your order number and we'll sort it out — we reply within 1–2 business days.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information ("we", "us") collects when you shop with us and how we use it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Contact and shipping details you give us at checkout: name, email, address.
• Payment information, entered directly into Stripe's secure card field and sent straight to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Order details: what you bought, in what size/color, and for how much.
• Cart contents, stored locally in your own browser (localStorage), never on our servers.
• Basic device/usage information (like browser type) generated automatically by visiting the site.

How we use it

• To process your order, take payment, and arrange shipping.
• To send order and shipping updates and respond to support requests.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We don't use your information for targeted advertising, and we don't run marketing emails you haven't asked for.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who need it to fulfil your order: currently Stripe (payment processing) and our shipping carrier. Information you submit for payment may be transmitted to and processed by Stripe in countries other than where you reside, under Stripe's own privacy and security standards. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & local storage

The only browser storage we use is a cart saved in your device's localStorage so your bag doesn't empty on refresh. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it, at any time by emailing . This service isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or country.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this section reflects the latest revision.

1. Products & availability

We try to describe and display every product as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly by screen. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct listing errors (including pricing errors) at any time, even after an order is placed.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout at the time you pay. Prices don't include applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the purchaser's responsibility. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout to your chosen payment method and confirm you're authorized to use that method.

3. Order acceptance & cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any amount already charged.

4. Shipping & delivery

See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and customs handling. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier.

5. Intellectual property

All artwork, product designs, and site content are the property of and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or to submit false or fraudulent order information.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from these terms.
